Receiving an Asset

Receiving assets and accepting payments are a key part of your journey in blockchain. The Orange Wallet enables you to access all of your wallet addresses in just a few taps.

Method #1: Retrieve the Bitcoin Wallet Address Only

Warning: Only use this address to receive Bitcoin. Do not send Ordinals or any other protocols to this address.

1. Navigate to the main wallet screen

   

2. For ease, your Bitcoin wallet address is at the top of over 95% of the screens in the Orange Wallet

   

3. Tap the 'Copy' button to record the wallet address for use to share

   

Method #2: Retrieve the Wallet Addresses of Other Protocols

1. Navigate to the Main Wallet screen

   

2. Tap the 'Wallet Address QR code button'

   
3. The receive screen will display including the wallet addresses for all of the protocols supported in the Orange Wallet

   

4. Tap the 'Copy' button to record the wallet address for the desired protocol you wish to share

   
5. Tapping on the Wallet Address QR code icon will redirect you to the receive screen and the QR code for the protocol you selected. Please ensure you are selecting the correct protocol wallet address to prevent a loss of funds. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.

   
6. On the receive screen, tap the copy button to record the wallet address for the selected protocol you wish to share

   

Method #3: Retrieve the Wallet Addresses of Other Protocols

1. Navigate to the wallet card for the asset that you would like to receive assets for

   

2. Tap the 'Receive' button to be redirected to the receive screen

   

3. Tap the 'Copy' button to record the address for use to share
