Can the Orange Wallet View or Access My Seed Phrase?
No.
I Lost My Seed Phrase. Can Orange Help Me Access My Funds?
No. Orange Wallet is self-custodial by design. The technology will not allow anyone to access your funds and wallet without the seed phrase. Orange can never access or store seed phrases for others.
Do I Need Bitcoin for Gas to Send Assets?
Yes.
What Platforms is Orange Wallet Available On?
Orange Wallet is currently available as a browser extension on Google Chrome, Brave, and Carbon browsers. Once installed, Orange Wallet can also be accessed inside a browser tab for a full desktop experience. To view desktop mode:
In the Orange Wallet, navigate to Settings > Expand View
Is Orange Wallet Available On Mobile Devices?
No. However, mobile versions are planned for the future.
I Accidentally Sent $ORNJ to My Bitcoin Address and Not My Taproot Address. How Can I Recover Them?
In the Orange Wallet, navigate to Settings > Restore Assets > Ordinals
Follow the steps to recover and send the assets to the correct address. You will need BTC for gas.
If the assets are still not detected, then you will need to:
Go to http://ordinalsbot.com
Tap the BRC-20 tab
Tap the Transfer radio button
Enter the token ticker and amount you want to transfer from your Bitcoin address in the respective input fields
Tap Next
In the Receiving Address field, enter your Bitcoin Address containing the token balance (starting with 3...)
Tap to Deselect the Low Postage checkbox
Select and tap your fee and speed amount for the transaction
Tap the Submit and Pay Invoice button
